Learning fashion design from ZSAD with Ms. Jess is one of the most effective courses I’ve taken. This course really helps me improve in a lot of aspects, starting from the basic skills such as drawing human figures, to mix-matching colors and creating a whole collection. I feel like this course really helped me explore myself a lot more too, and also helpful in guiding me to find my personal style. Learning with ZSAD also helped me discover new skills like making collages and how to draw digitally. I find this course to not only be helpful, but super fun too! I was never bored throughout the whole course, and there’s always a new fun fact that I find interesting in each meeting.
As a teacher, Ms. Jess is really patient and incredibly talented. She guided me throughout the whole course very well, and I can see that she really has a deep passion for what she does. The lessons she taught me doesn’t only involve things I’m already familiar with, but also new things regarding fashion, like fashion business, fashion history, fashion jobs, just to name a few.
I will say this course was a right decision, and I can see how much I’ve improved throughout ZSAD’s course with Ms. Jess. This course really made me love fashion even more!!

As someone that’s passionate about design, I’ve always wanted to have a proper portfolio. Taking the design portfolio-making class with Ms. Irene was an enriching experience that significantly elevated my skills and confidence as a designer. The classes allowed me to experiment with various design techniques that I can’t imagine being able to do by myself before.
Ms. Irene’s guidance was both clear and constructive, ensuring that even the more complex features of these programs were accessible and understandable. I've always known about my passion for the arts ever since I was a little girl, but I was always confused about how to pursue it and learn on my own. That changed when I found Zerist Studio, which helped me learn the basics I needed to continue developing my passion.
My journey in digital design, taught by Ms. Jocelyn, was incredibly helpful and gave me a great start on my portfolio for university. Even from the beginning of the course, I noticed an immediate improvement in my understanding of Adobe software, which I wasn’t familiar with before. She guided me through every step slowly and patiently, adjusting to my learning pace. I can't thank her enough for the experience and the outcome!

I started taking the classes with basic skills in fashion illustration. Drawing was all I knew about. After learning with Ms. Jess for months, I managed to develop both my fashion illustration and design skills.
I learned that fashion is far beyond illustrating. She guides me to think outside my comfort zone and gives me the advice I need. I see a huge improvement, especially in the way I think, improve my ideas and pour them into my designs.
I enjoyed every class as she always has something new and interesting to teach. Ms. Jess is full of experience and I can see her spirit and interest in fashion through the way she teaches me in our classes together.
At the end of our classes, I feel prepared and ready to pursue the next level of Fashion Design! All in all, I am thankful I found and trusted her to be my mentor.

Learning fashion with Ms. Jess was incredibly fun. It was one of the most unforgettable experiences I've had. I came to her with zero knowledge or experience in fashion, but she patiently taught me every single detail.
My main goal was to build a strong portfolio for my admission, but I ended up gaining more than I ever expected. Ms. Jess even invited me to join her project, where my design was turned into a real outfit and worn by a model for a professional photoshoot. She’s not only smart but also a caring teacher who answers every question perfectly.
I still remember the night of my portfolio submission deadline, Ms. Jess stayed with me until midnight to help me get it done. I will forever be grateful for that.
